I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma and its impact on the brain, body, and nervous system.

Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and nervous system regulation, I help individuals understand how past experiences shape present patterns, and how to begin shifting them in a structured, practical way.

Trauma-informed research shows that unresolved experiences influence emotional responses, beliefs, and behavior at both a psychological and physiological level. My work focuses on helping you develop the awareness and skills needed to regulate your system and create lasting change.
